Protected channels explained
Access to all 40 platforms means you can connect and monitor every platform in our roster — but only a set number of channels (individual pages, profiles, or inboxes) are actively shielded at one time. For example, on the Creator tier you might protect 5 channels: your main Twitch channel, a YouTube handle, two different Instagram profiles, and a podcast feed. Those 5 could all be on the same platform if you run multiple accounts — they do not have to be 5 different platforms.
If you need more shielded channels than your tier includes, you can add extras at any time without upgrading the whole plan.

What counts as a 'protected channel'?
A protected channel is one individual page, profile, handle, feed, or inbox that we actively shield in real time — for example your main Twitch channel, one Instagram profile, or a single podcast feed. Access to all 40 platforms means you can connect any of them; the channel count controls how many surfaces are live-shielded at once.
Can my channels all be on the same platform?
Yes. If you run 4 Instagram profiles and 1 TikTok, that's 5 channels on 2 platforms and fits the Creator tier. Channels do not have to be spread across different platforms.
What's the difference vs. the Deep Audit bundle?
The Deep Audit is a one-time forensic pass on existing damage. Creator / Business / Omni-Business are always-on shields that also include the audit tooling (Business and Omni-Business get unlimited audits and the Interview Shield bundled in).
You list 40 platforms — what if the one I need isn't there?
Reach out. New platforms can typically be added in minutes once we validate the hooks. Priority requests from enterprise clients go to the front of the queue.

How do additional seats work?
Each tier includes one owner seat. You can add Brand Manager (Creator), Operator (Business), or Enterprise Operator (Omni-Business) seats à la carte at any time — each seat inherits the tier's full tooling and channel coverage. Pricing is shown on each tier card.
Monthly vs annual — is annual really 17% off?
Yes. Annual saves roughly two months per year across all three tiers (Creator, Business, Omni-Business). The savings vs. 12x monthly is shown live on each card when you toggle to Annual.
Do the Main 5 (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X) need this too?
