Non-Refundable Allocation Policy

Due to the immediate provisioning of secure server architecture, forensic logging infrastructure, and digital delivery of the license hash key, all iMagic Shield and Brain Shield HR/Legal seat allocations and subscription fees are final and non-refundable upon checkout.

Monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, seat add-ons, and tier upgrades are governed by the same commercial policy. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time to prevent the next billing cycle, but fees already paid for the current term are not credited or refunded.
