Terms of Service

iMagic Shield, Brain Shield HR/Legal, and the Deep Audit engine are licensed self-serve software products sold by GreenStacks LLC ("GreenStacks") on a recurring subscription basis (monthly or annual). The software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. GreenStacks does not provide integration, installation, onboarding, monitoring, or maintenance services. The licensee is solely responsible for hiring, employment, content-moderation, legal, tax, and business decisions made while using the tool.

Every tier is a recurring subscription. Seats are billed dynamically per user tier and provision dedicated forensic logging capacity. Due to the immediate provisioning of secure server architecture and forensic logging infrastructure, all seat allocations and license fees are final and non-refundable. Subscriptions may be cancelled to stop future billing; the current term is not credited.

Licensees connect their own OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google API keys inside the Client Portal and pay those providers directly with zero markup from GreenStacks. BYOK charges are the licensee's responsibility.

The Deep Audit engine extracts real-follower evidence from platforms the licensee has verifiably authorized. Because misuse could enable harassment or unauthorized surveillance, the following requirements are enforced in code and are a material condition of these Terms:

• Signed Deep Audit Agreement — 4-factor acknowledgment (Acceptable Use, Data Processing Addendum, Anti-Harassment, Indemnification) with per-clause timestamps.
• Handle Ownership Proof — OAuth exchange, DNS TXT record, or live bio-code token demonstrating control of every target handle.
• Admin Approval — a human GreenStacks reviewer manually approves the contract only after cross-checking the legal entity, signer identity, and handle-ownership evidence.
• 30-Day Cool-Down — DB trigger blocks repeat extraction of the same (platform, handle) within 30 days.
• Row-Level Watermarking — every exported row carries a SHA-256 job-scoped watermark so leaks are traceable.

These controls are designed to align with the federal standards our government subscribers require: FISMA (44 U.S.C. § 3552) information-system definitions; NIST SP 800-53 rev. 5 controls AC-2, AC-6, AU-2, and IA-5; FTC Section 5; and Section 230(c)(2) good-faith moderation. GreenStacks does not represent Deep Audit as a FedRAMP- or CMMC-certified service; it is a licensed tool designed to be operated inside the licensee's own compliance envelope. Any attempt to run Deep Audit against a handle the licensee cannot verifiably prove ownership of, or to bypass the 30-day cool-down, is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate termination without refund plus indemnification of GreenStacks for any resulting claims.

Prior to Deep Audit approval, GreenStacks reviews: legal-entity records in the state of incorporation (or SAM.gov CAGE code where applicable); signer email domain match to the legal entity; live handle-ownership evidence; payment method last-4 tied to the same legal entity; and, for government and enterprise tiers, a recorded Google Meet identity confirmation with the signer.

Hash keys are issued via one-time redemption links only. GreenStacks will never accept, display, or transmit a hash-key value through chat, email, SMS, or social channels. The licensee is responsible for the security of any hash key issued to them. Suspected compromise should be reported immediately at /recover-hashkey (24/7 kill switch).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GreenStacks LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the software. Aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the trailing 12 months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Venue for disputes is Fulton County, Georgia.
